Shipping Time

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping across India on all prepaid orders.
  • Shipping charges (if paid) are non-refundable in case of returns.

 

Order Trаcking

Once shipped, you will receive trаcking details via WhatsApp, Email and SMS.

Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy for our products.

Return Conditions

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, along with all accessories, documentation and original packaging.

  • Any missing components, accessories, cables, manuals or packaging may result in a deduction from the refund amount.

  • An unboxing video is required for any claims related to transit damage, missing items or incorrect products received. Claims submitted without sufficient proof may not be eligible for resolution.

Refund Policy

Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and verified.

  • Refunds are processed at the original invoice value only.

  • Price changes or ongoing offers are not considered.

  • Refunds are completed within 7–10 working days.

Refund Method

  • Prepaid orders: Refunded to original payment method.

  • COD orders: Refunded to your UPI or bank account.

Exchange & Replacement

You can request exchange or replacement within 15 days under the same conditions as returns.

Replacement or exchange is processed only after the original item is picked up or received at our warehouse.

Return & Exchange Process

You can initiate a request via:

  • JB website

  • Or by contacting Customer Support

Once the return is booked:

  • Please be available for reverse pickup

  • Answer delivery partner calls

  • Missed pickups may require rebooking and cause delays

Non-Serviceable Pin Codes

In rare cases where reverse pickup is not available:

  • You may be requested to self-ship the product

  • We reimburse shipping costs up to ₹70

  • Any amount above ₹70 will be adjusted against your refund

Missing / Empty Parcel Claims

If you receive an empty parcel or missing product:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery

  • Claims without sufficient proof may be rejected

  • Final decision rests with JB

Important Notes

  • JB reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet conditions.

  • Refunds will not include shipping charges (if any).

  • Products purchased from third-party platforms are governed by their respective policies.
