What you’ll do:

  • Build and scale our offline distribution footprint across national and regional electronics stores.
  • Negotiate placement, stocking, and display partnerships with Croma, Reliance, Vijay Sales, and local retail chains.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and sales ops to ensure smooth replenishment.
  • Work with marketing and GTM teams to drive in-store branding and conversions.
  • Build early frameworks for channel incentives, retailer onboarding, and region-wise performance tracking.
You’d be great if you have:
  • 3–6+ years in offline retail, distribution, or channel sales (electronics, appliances, or FMCG).
  • Hands-on with dealer/distributor management and retail negotiations.
  • Strong understanding of India’s tiered retail landscape and POS marketing.

CTC: ₹12–20 LPA + performance incentives + ESOP potential.
